Biography

Chan received his B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University in 1995, and J.D. from the New England School of Law; he also possesses a Massachusetts real estate license. His professional experience includes serving as a Justice of the Peace.

Chan won re-election in the 2012 election for Massachusetts House of Representatives Second Norfolk District. Chan was unopposed in the September 6 Democratic primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

Chan won election to the Second Norfolk Seat in 2010. He defeated Joseph Keegan in the September 14 Democratic primary. He defeated John Iredale (R) and Karl Roos (I) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
