Initiative name

This initiative isn't currently named by what it's commonly known as. "Aid in dying" is a way to refer to physician-assisted death. This initiative, however, was titled "The Washington Death with Dignity Act", and it was referred to by this name throughout the campaign in Washington. I recommend changing the initiative's title to be more in line with the actual name of the initiative.

This was on the page: "95 percent of patients using the Oregon death with dignity law in the ten years that it has been in place do in fact notify their families." Anyone have a citation or reference for this? MMH 16:42, 24 July 2008 (EDT)
