Terese Berceau (b. August 23, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 76th District since 1999. She served as a member of the Dane County Board of Supervisors from 1992-2000.

Berceau worked as a career placement specialist for the University of Wisconsin's Robert M. La Follette Institute from 1983-1998, magazine editor for the Wisconsin Counties Association from 1981-1983, and as a substitute teacher.

She is a member of a number of organizations, including 1000 Friends of Wisconsin, Dane Area Rapid Transit, Dane County Democratic Party, Friends of the Arboretum, National Organization of Women (NOW), National Women's Political Caucus, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin, and the Sierra Club.[1]
