Thomas Bakk (b. June 8, 1954) is a Democratic Farm-Labor member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 3 since 2013 and currently serving as Minority Leader. He previously represented District 6 from 2003 to 2013. Before becoming a Senator, Bakk was a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003.

Bakk graduated from Minnesota Duluth with his Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and earned an Associate's Degree from Mesabi Community College.
