Thomas E. Lubnau, II (b. December 12, 1958) is a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. He has represented District 31 since 2005. From 2007 to 2008, Lubnau served as House Speaker Pro Tempore.

Lubnau was a Precinct Committeeman in 1984. He was also a State Committeeman for the Republican Party from 1991 to 1992. Lubnau will serve as the Majority Leader, beginning in the 2011 session.[1]

Lubnau earned his BS in Finance from the University of Wyoming in 1981. He went on to receive his JD in 1984.

Lubnau has worked as an attorney for Lubnau, Bailey and Dumbrill, Professional Corporation since 1984.[2]

Lubnau is running for re-election in the 2012 election for the Wyoming House of Representatives District 31. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 21, 2012.[3] The general election is on November 6, 2012.[4]

Lubnau was re-elected to the Wyoming House of Representatives, District 31. He was unopposed in the general election on November 2, 2010. He defeated Republican John D. Robertson in the August 17, 2010 primary election. [5][6]
