Thomas Lockhart (b. September 29, 1935) is a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. He has represented District 57 since 2001.

Lockhart earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He went on to receive his MBA from Portland State University.
