Thomas K. Norment, Jr. (b. April 12, 1946) is a Republican member of the Virginia State Senate, representing District 3. He was first elected to the chamber in 1991. He currently serves as Republican Majority Leader.


Norment attended James Blair High School in Williamsburg, Virginia and received a bachelor's degree from the Virginia Military Institute. Norment also received a J.D. from Marshall Wythe School of Law.

Norment is an attorney with Kaufman & Canoles.
