Thomas K. Norment, Jr. is a Republican member of the Virginia State Senate. He has been a Senator since 1992, representing the 3rd district. He currently serves as Republican Majority Leader.

Norment attended James Blair High School in Williamsburg, Virginia and received a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Military Institute. Norment also received a J.D. from Marshall Wythe School of Law.

In addition to serving as senator Norment is an attorney with Kaufman & Canoles. He is a member of the Bruton Parish Church.
