Thomas Partridge is a 2012 Democratic candidate for Michigan House of Representatives District 53. He was a Democratic candidate for District 18 in the Michigan State Senate in the November 2, 2010 state legislative elections.

Partridge is a retired professional writer with a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.[1]

Partridge ran in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 53. Partridge was defeated by incumbent Jeff Irwin in the Democratic primary on August 7, 2012. John J. Spisak ran unopposed in the Republican primary.[2]

Campaign issues

Partridge says his campaign is centered around "more effective representation for the most vulnerable residents...." To that end, he supports affordable housing, health care, and education.[3]

2010

Partridge was a Democratic candidate for District 18 in the Michigan State Senate in the November 2, 2010 state legislative elections. He was defeated in the August primary by Rebekah Warren.[4]

Partridge, who is disabled, has two daughters.[3]
