Thomas Saviello (b. August 29, 1950) is a Republican member of the Maine State Senate. Saviello was elected to represent District 18 on November 2, 2010. He represented District 90 in the Maine House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010, completing four terms.

Saviello is a Manager for International Paper. He has previously worked as a forester and an associate professor, later becoming the manager of Northern Forest Research Center. In 1991, he became the Manager of Environment at the paper mill in Jay, Maine. He remains in this position, and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Maine at Farmington. He is also a volunteer with Hospice and a member of the Wilton Lions.

Tom came to Maine in 1972 to pursue his Master's degree in Agronomy at the University of Maine. He remained in Orono to complete his PhD in Forest Resources in 1978.

Saviello defeated Democratic candidate Ann Woloson in the November 2 general election. Republican incumbent Walter Gooley did not run for re-election.[1]
