Thomas Todd (b. August 2, 1947) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He represented District 163 from 2007 to 2011.

Todd earned his B.A. in Agriculture from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He has worked as a farmer and served in the United States Army, Vietnam.

He is a member of the American Legion and Baptist Church. He is married and has one child.[1]
