Thomas Webber was a Democratic candidate for District 4 of the Indiana House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Webber lost to Republican incumbent Edmond Soliday by a margin of 14,454 to 7,553 in the November 2 general election. [1]
