Thomas J. Winfield (b. June 15, 1963) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 53. In 1993, Winfield joined the Rhode Island House of Representatives.

Winfield attended the New England Institute, Mount Ida College, and Providence College.

Winfield currently works as President of Anderson-Winfield Funeral Homes as well as the President of Anderson-Winfield Chauffeured Services.

Winfield won re-election in the 2012 election for Rhode Island House of Representatives District 53. Winfield was unopposed in the September 11 Democratic primary and defeated David Bibeault (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

Winfield won re-election to the 53rd District Seat in 2010. He was unopposed in the September 14 Democratic primary and defeated Republican John English in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2][3]
