A Three Rivers Health Authority Asset Sale Question will be on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Three Rivers which is in St. Joseph County.

This measure seeks to allow the sale of the assets of the Three Rivers Health Authority to the Three Rivers Health System, Inc.[1]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall the Three Rivers Health Authority be authorized to sell, lease and/or transfer all of the assets of Three Rivers Health Authority to Three Rivers Health System, Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation, pursuant to the terms of a proposed Transfer Agreement and Act 47 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1945?[2]
