Timothy Downs was a Democratic candidate for District 15 of the Indiana House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Downs lost to Republican incumbent Donald Lehe by a margin of 12,662 to 5,577 in the November 2 general election. Libertarian candidate Steve Helsel also ran, receiving 1,019 votes.[1]

In the May 4 primary election, Downs defeated John Malan by a margin of 1,446 to 535 votes. [2]
