Tito Munoz was a 2011 Republican candidate for District 36 of the Virginia State Senate.

Munoz earned an associate's degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Northern Virginia Community College. He is currently the owner of a small contruction business and serves on the Virginia Board of Housing and Community Development.
