Todd McKenney was a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 43. McKenney was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives in 2010 and served until 2011. On November 17, 2011, he was appointed judge for the Summit County Probate Court.[1]

He worked as a judicial law clerk and then practiced law for five years. He spent the next 14 years as a pastor for The Chapel before returning to the legal practice. He has been a member of the New Franklin City Council and chaired the Safety Committee.

He got his bachelor's degree from Hiram College and his J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law.
