Todd Robinson was a 2014 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. Senate from Georgia.[1][2] He was defeated by Michelle Nunn in the Democratic primary on May 20, 2014.[3]


Robinson was born in Thomasville, Georgia. He was a graduate of the Thomas County School System. He has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Troy State University.[4]


Robinson entered the U.S. Army in June 1979 at Fort Benning, Georgia. He is a 1986 graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School. He retired in 1999 with the rank of First Sergeant with an honorable discharge.[4]
