Tony Jordan is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 113 and District 112 from 2008 to December 31, 2013. Jordan resigned to take the position of district attorney for Washington County.[1]

He previously held the position of State Assembly Minority Leader Pro Tempore from 2011-2013.

Biography

Jordan earned his B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. [2] His professional experience includes being a partner with Jordan and Kelly LLC, and working as an assistant district attorney with Washington County.[3]

Jordan ran in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 113. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on September 13, 2012. He also ran on the Conservative Party and Independence Party of New York State tickets. He defeated Carrie Woerner in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [4][5]
