Tony Ross (b. February 5, 1953) is the Republican President of the Wyoming State Senate, representing District 4 since 2005. Ross served as the Majority Floor Leader in the 2011-2012 legislative session, and as Senate Vice-President during the 2009-2010 legislative session.

Ross served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1995 to 2004. [1]

Ross is an attorney. He earned his BS from the University of Puget Sound. He went on to earn his JD from the University of Wyoming College of Law.[2]
