Tony Staskunas (b. January 3, 1961) is a former Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 15th District from 1997 to 2013. He served as Speaker Pro Tempore.

An attorney by trade, Staskunas is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, West Allis/West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce, West Allis/West Milwaukee Community Alliance Against Drugs, and a volunteer attorney for West Allis/West Milwaukee Crimestoppers.[1]

Staskunas was re-elected to Wisconsin State Assembly District 15. He was unopposed in the September 14, 2010 primary election. He defeated Republican Ronald Rieboldt in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
