Troy Dale Jackson is a Democratic member of the Maine State Senate, representing District 35. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008.

Jackson currently serves as Majority Leader, a position he was appointed to following the resignation of Seth Goodall (D).[1] He served in the Maine House of Representatives from 2002 to 2008. He began serving as in July 2013 and Jackson's subsequent appointment.

He is a 2014 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of Maine.[2]
