A Twisp Town Property Tax Addition measure was on the April 27, 2010 ballot in the town of Twisp, which is in Okanogan County.

This measure sought to implement an additional $.50 tax per $1,000 of assessed value for a further six years in order to help pay for emergency medical care offered by the town.

The text of the measure reads as follows:

TOWN OF TWISP - PROPOSITION 1

EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE AND AMBULANCE SERVICES LEVY
Shall the Town of Twisp be allowed to impose an additional property tax levy in an amount of $.50 per One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) of the assessed value of property in the town in each year for six (6) consecutive years, for the provision of emergency medical care, to be levied for the town in 2010 for collection in 2011 and subsequent years through 2016.
