Denver, Colorado: The first-ever recalls of state legislators in Colorado are over. What was seen by many as a national referendum on gun control legislation has resulted in both incumbents losing their seats. Bernie Herpin (R) will replace Senate President John Morse in representing District 11, while George Rivera will claim Angela Giron's District 3 seat.[1][2]
