My name is Joshua Williams, and I am a writer for Ballotpedia and the Lucy Burns Institute. My major focus is on historical ballot measures - currently working towards filling in stub articles for all ballot measures for all 50 states as far back as possible. A little bit about myself, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, and am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in International Public Affairs.
