Valerie Kindle was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 1 of the Michigan House of Representatives. Kindle was defeated by Brian Banks in the Democratic primary.[1]

She is a lifelong resident of Harper Woods, and has spent her career working primarily for various charities and volunteer organizations.

Kindle ran in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 1. She ran against Christopher Cavanagh, Brian Banks, Scott Benson and Gregory Robinson in the Democratic primary on August 7. Kindle was defeated by Brian Banks in the Democratic primary.[2] Incumbent Timothy Bledsoe (D) is running in the District 2. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012. [3]
