Victor Gaston (b. January 15, 1943) is a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 100, Mobile County and currently serving as State House Speaker Pro Tempore. He was first elected in 1982.

Gaston is retired. He previously worked as a teacher and administrator in the Mobile County Public School System and also as a timber farmer. Gaston served in the military.
