Sixteen Village Electrical Aggregation Questions were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the villages in Henry County.

All sixteen measures were approved^[1]

These measures sought to allow the designated villages to aggregate electricity for residents and businesses in order to obtain lower rates.^[2]
