Virginia Clagett (b. July 18, 1943) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. She has represented District 30 since January 11, 1995.

Prior to her election to the House, Clagett served on the Anne Arundel County Council from 1974-1994.

Clagett is Treasurer of Women Legislators of Maryland, and a member of the Chesapeake Bay Trust Board of Trustees, Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, and the Maryland Green Caucus.[1]
