Virginia House Bill 104 was introduced and sponsored by State Delegate Manoli Loupassi (R-68). It was signed by Governor Bob McDonnell (R) on April 11, 2010.[1][2]


HB 104 expanded the mandatory notice requirement for calling referendums to 81 days instead of 60.[1]
