The Virginia Charter School Amendment may appear on the November 2014 ballot in the state of Virginia as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would establish a statewide school division to oversee charter schools if the request for a charter school is turned down by the local school board.[1]


The measure was sponsored by Delegate Greg Habeeb.
