The Virginia School Division Amendment will not appear on the November 4, 2014 ballot in Virginia as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have established a statewide school division to oversee charter schools if the request for a charter school is turned down by the local school board.[1]

The measure was sponsored by Delegate Greg Habeeb (R-8).
