All voters are eligible to vote absentee in Nevada. There are no special eligibility requirements for voting absentee.
To vote absentee, an absentee ballot application must be received by the election office no later than 5 p.m. on the seventh calendar day preceding the election. A returned absentee ballot must then be received by the elections office by 7 p.m. on Election Day.

Nevada is one of 33 states (plus the District of Columbia) that permits early voting in some form. Early voting begins on the third Saturday before the election and ends on the Friday prior to Election Day.
