W. Curtis Thomas is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 181.

Thomas earned his BS in Education from Temple University in 1975. He went on to receive his JD from Antioch School of Law in 1980. After earning his law degree, he began working as an attorney. He has been an attorney ever since.

In 1989, Thomas joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He has served in that position since, representing the 181st District.
