W. Patrick Goggles (b. August 6, 1952) is a Democratic member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. He has represented District 33 since 2005. He served as House Minority Floor Leader from 2010-2012, and Minority Whip in 2009.[1]

Goggles attended Central Wyoming University in 1986. He then attended the University of Wyoming in 2001.

Goggles is the Executive Director of Northern Arapaho Tribal Housing.[2]
