Walled Lake City Charter Amendments, 3 (November 2010)

Three Walled Lake City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Walled Lake which is in Oakland County.

All three of these measures were approved

The first charter amendment measure sought to change the date at which petitions can be filed to reflect the standards off state laws.

  • NO 408 (22.28%)

The second charter amendment measure sought to allow that one member of the planning commission, zoning board of appeals and parks and recreation commission be appointed.

  • NO 695 (38.55%)

The third charter amendment measure sought to allow that if no two term council person is elected, the council person with the most votes from the council would be the mayor pro-tem.[1]
