Walter S. Felag, Jr. (b. February 15, 1954) has been a Democratic member of the Rhode Island State Senate. Felag served on the Warren Town Council from 1978 to 1999. From 1986 to 1999 he also served as the Town Council President. He joined the Rhode Island State Senate in 1998. He has served in that position since, representing the 10th district.

Felag is a Senior Computer Software Engineer for Anteon Corporation.

Felag earned his BA in Math from Providence College in 1976.
