Warde Nichols was a Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing the 21st District from 2003 to 2011.

Nichols is the owner of a pool service & repair business. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Never Again Foundation, and a merit badge counselor/volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.[1]

Nichols was ineligible to run for re-election in 2010 due to the term limits of the Arizona House of Representatives.

2008

On November 4, 2008, Nichols and Steven B. Yarbrough were elected to the 21st District Seat in the Alabama House of Representatives, defeating opponent Phil Hettmansperger (D).[2]

Nichols raised $73,262 for the campaign, Yarbrough raised $74,489, and Hettmansperger raised $33,385.[3]
