The 2nd congressional district of Washington will hold an election for the U.S. House of Representatives on November 4, 2014.

Washington has a top-two primary system, in which the top two vote-getters, regardless of party, go on to the general election.

Heading into the election the incumbent is Rick Larsen (D), who was first elected in 2000.

Washington's 2nd Congressional District is located in the northwestern portion of the state and includes San Juan, Island, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties.[1]

2012

The 2nd congressional district of Washington held an election for the U.S. House of Representatives on November 6, 2012. Incumbent Rick Larsen won re-election in the district.[2]

2010

On November 2, 2010, Rick Larsen won re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives, defeating John Koster (R).[3]
