Washington, D.C. Attorney General Selection will appear on the November 2, 2010 ballot. The proposal asks voters whether the district should make the attorney general position an elected post. Currently the position is selected by the mayor. According to reports should the measure be approved by voters and by Congress then voting for an attorney general would begin in 2014.[1]
