Information gaps

The ballot measure election results page published by the Washington Secretary of State for 1988 shows no ballot measures (as of January 3, 2010). At the same time, the copy of the Washington State Constitution published by the state government shows three amendments has having passed on November 8, 1988. As well, the List of all Washington State Initiatives to the Legislature shows Initiatives 97 and 97B as having been on the November 1988 ballot.
