The Washington Bonds for State Institutions, also known as Referendum 10, was on the November 4, 1958 ballot in Washington as a legislatively-referred state statute, where it was approved. The measure authorized $25 million for providing buildings for state charitable, educational and penal institutions.[1]

BUILDING BONDS FOR STATE INSTITUTIONS

AN ACT providng for the issuance and sale of state general obligation bonds up to twenty-five million dollars for the purpose of providing buildings at the state operated charitable, educational and penal institutions and at state supported institutions of higher learning.
