as an Initiative to the People
The measure would have prohibited taxes on income received by small businesses, raised all other business taxes by two-tenths of one percent over the rate existing as of December 31, 2010.

In order to qualify for the ballot, supporters were required to submit a minimum of 241,153 valid signatures. As of July 8, 2011, petition deadline day, no signatures were filed.
