Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct, SJR 136 (1986)
The Washington State Commission on Judicial Conduct Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 136, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Washington as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded the authority and membership of the commission reviewing judicial conduct. The measure amended Section 31 of Article IV of the Washington Constitution.
