Referendum Bill 45 or RB-45, a legislatively-referred state statute, was on the November 7, 1995 ballot in the State of Washington, where it was approved.

RB-45 asked if the fish and wildlife commission, rather than the governor, should appoint the director of the Fish & Wildlife Commission, and whether the commission should regulate food fish and shellfish.
