The Washington State Supreme Court Elections Amendment, numbered as Amendment 89, was on the November 7, 1995 ballot in the State of Washington as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.

Amendment 95 altered Section 3 of Article IV of the Washington State Constitution.
