The Washington Chairman of Utilities and Transportation
is a state executive position in the Washington state government.
The current chairman is Jeffrey Goltz. He serves alongside Patrick Oshie and Philip Jones.
Article 3, Section 25 of the state constitution establishes the qualifications of the office:
| Qualifications, Compensation, Offices Which May Be Abolished. No person, except a citizen of the United States and a qualified elector of this state, shall be eligible to hold any state office...

In 2010, the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commissioners were each paid an estimated $128,000, according to the Council of State Governments.
