||Shall the Charter Township of Waterford be authorized to increase the levy of taxes by up to .5 mills ($0.50 per $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of 20 years beginning in December 2012? The proposed millage is for the operating costs of the Township Parks and Recreation Department programs, activities and facilities. If this new millage is approved and levied, the estimated amount of revenue that will be collected in the first year is $965,182.69.
