A Waterville Town Swimming Pool Levy Implementation measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the town of Waterville which is in Douglas County.

This measure was approved

This measure sought to implement a levy at a rate of $.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a period of six years in order to pay for maintenance and operational costs of the town pool.[2]

The Waterville Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2011-05 containing a Proposition that would autorize regular property taxes at the maximum rateof $2.80 per $1,000 of assessed valuation for the year 2012. This is a permanent levy lid lift. For a minimum period of six (6) years, $.50 per $1,000 of the levy increas shall be dedicated to continuing maintenance and operation of the Town's swimming pool. Should this proposition be approved?
