West Virginia Amendment 2, also known as the Judicial Reform Amendment, was on the November 3, 1998 election ballot in West Virginia. It was defeated, with 45.2% of voters in favor.

Would amend the constitution to authorize the Legislature to create additional courts of original and appellate jurisdiction.
